The PLEYSS training programme is powered by private training provider, Professional Training Solutions. In response to the needs highlighted by the Mayor of London and European Social Fund, the programme aims to provide individuals with employment opportunities within London.

Specialising in the Early Years sector, the programme provides individuals with the skills, knowledge and experience needed to progress into full-time employment.

Meet the Team!

Fatai is responsible for partner and employer engagement of the programme. Fatai works with key partners and stakeholders – agreeing and implementing strategies to recruit new learners onto the programme.

Robyn has a range of experience within the training sector, specifically in the Early Years. As a qualified Tutor and Assessor in management, operations and first aid qualifications, she oversees assessors support their learners to succeed in their learning journey.

Sharonlee has worked in the training industry for almost 30 years. Sharonlee is responsible for the accurate and timely administration, data, compliance, and reporting of our Programme.

Andrew is our Programme Manager for Employability and is very experienced in delivering and managing many different government contracts.   Andrew oversees the Employability Coach’s and supports them and their learners to gain employment or further education.

Rosemary is responsible for managing the attendance of learners. She provides pastoral support to learners, offering them information, advice and guidance. Rosemary is responsible for recognising additional learning needs and signposting learners to any specialist support needed.
